2017 Masters Best Bet – Brooks Koepka (66/1 with Sky Bet, 1/4 odds for 8 places)
I’ve been racking my brain for a tip for the 2017 Masters, after all there are so many golfers to choose from. Dustin Johnson is the favourite but the last ten winners weren’t ranked number one. I’d suggest looking beyond the European players because they traditionally don’t do well here and Danny Willett’s win last year was an exception. Then you’d really want to look for a younger player and the big hitters. Players who can consistenly go for eagles at Par 5 holes will do well here. I like Brooks Koepka at 66/1. He was T9 on his last start and constantly tops the charts for driving distance and going for the green stats. He is also ranked inside the top thirty (which is a good trend for this tournament) and made the cut last year. Sky Bet are playing out on a massive eight places at a quarter of the odds.
A £20 total stake returns £1340 for a win or £175 for a place with Sky Bet.
