Our verdict on the Android app by Betfair: Well worth a punt
The Betfair app offers some unique features that you won’t find with any other bookie, such as the Price Rush promotion and their best odds guarantee available on all UK and Irish Horse Races. On top of this, they do great daily promotions and have one of the best multiple bet options of any betting app going. It’s fast, reliable, has a great choice of in play markets and Betfair offer some of the most competitive odds around. The Betfair app for Android will work on pretty much any Android mobile or tablet including the latest offerings from Samsung (such as the Galaxy), LG, Motorola & Sony models.

Betfair have been busy over the last few months tweaking the app and getting rid of a few bugs that let it down in the past. Now these are fixed, the app works like a dream! They have become one of the biggest names in betting and has created an app that lives up to their standard. With the app being available on almost any Android mobile and tablet, it’s a great choice for punters. One thing I love about the Betfair app is you can cash out on horse racing multiples, which is a big benefit. We all know they can have huge returns and being able to cash out before your last horse falls in the final race of the day can be a huge lifesaver.
The Betfair app is easy to grasp the hang off and new users should be able to get their head around the system in a matter of minutes. The app is visually appealing using Betfair’s significant yellow and black brand colours, it stands out from the rest in terms of design. One thing you notice is just how good the layout of the app is and how stupidly easy it is to find your way around. Unlike some other bookies, Betfair don’t offer a left sided menu, instead they go with the menu at the bottom of the page. Here is where you need to go to view all sports (of which there are hundreds) Roulette & games options and most importantly, a stand out Cash Out button. The idea is that you can not miss it, so you don’t forget to use it! Let’s not forget that Betfair were first to make this an option and others have now followed suit. Unlike some of its competitors this is a great selling point for Betfair and punters love it.
The Android app from Betfair offers a wide range of in-play bets for customers as well as supporting multi bet types including singles & accas. Add this to the cash out feature and you can see why Betfair is such a popular destination for punters. When betting on football, horses or many of the other sports they have to offer you are able to watch a virtual preview of the game or race of your choice. This is a very beneficial feature included with the app however you may end up glued to it just as much as the real game! You can see a match view or match stats, they are very quick to update and have one of the best visualtions we have seen in a betting app. On top of this, Betfair also offer a streaming service for certain horse races, football matches and other sports when a bet of over £1 is placed on the game or race. Log in to your account and you can view a list of all the sports available to stream.
As well as offering a huge number of markets the depth of the markets Betfair offer is really impressive. You’ll be able to find odds for the most popular games right down to the most obscure. Sign up with Betfair and they are currently offering their new customers a £30 free bet when you open an account and deposit £10. You can join on the app or at www.betfair.com
If you feel you need a break from sports, you can easily access games with Betfair including Roulette & live Roulette, Casino, Arcade and others. Graphics are brilliant and we have hours of fun playing on the games. You can find loads of popular titles to play including – Catwalk, Top Gun, Batman & secrets of the Amazon. Our only complaint is there is no practice mode available to tune in your skills.
Betfair have a wide range of deposit options including credit and debit card however they do take commission on PayPal deposits which is a bit of a blow. I do have to mark them down here, as it can be a blow to large deposits. Overall, a very good betting experience. Give it a go and let me know what you think.
I really think betfair have one of the best betting apps available for Android users. Cash out is spot on and always has good odds.
