Tonight, Sheffield Wednesday host Huddersfield Town in the 2nd leg of their Championship play-off that’ll see the winner join Newcastle and Brighton in next season’s Premier League. The 1st leg resulted in a bore draw, so Sheffield Wednesday do have the home advantage and must capitalise on their opportunity to re-join the top flight English division for the first time since 2000, having narrowly missed out on promotion to now-relegated Hull in the 2005 play-off. We can’t wait for this one, the play offs are always fun to watch.

The Coppa Italia Final takes place tonight as the Serie A leaders throw down the gauntlet for a potential 2016/17 Treble, with the Serie A title and Champions League Final both in sight. Essentially, the club have 4 finals to play in their next 4 games, and tonight is vital to start things off in winning ways against a Lazio side that are in goal scoring mood, having bagged 20 goals in the last 5 outings! ‘The Old Lady’ did slip up to 2nd place Roma in their last league game, shortening the gap to 4 points with 2 league games to go. Such pressure, along with 2 cup finals on the horizon, could prove too much to handle! We’re live streaming tonight’s final, along with Juve’s 2 final games against Crotone this weekend and then Bologna the week after – they’ve never won a treble, so this is potential history in the making, although not the first Italian team to do so!

Whilst the German Bundesliga is far from tight at the top, with Bayern running away with the title some time ago – now 13 points ahead of 2nd place RB Leipzig! The bottom end of the table couldn’t be more different and there’s a potential relegation play-off in sight for either of Hamburger SV and Wolfsburg, whom face each other on Sunday with just 2 points separating the sides with 1 game to go. The 3rd from bottom side, decided from this game, will face the 3rd position team from the Bundesliga 2 in a play-off, most likely Eintracht Braunschweiger!

In France, Monaco have ended PSG’s Ligue 1 title dominance that had stretched to 4 seasons on the trot. They host Saint-Etienne tonight before traveling to Rennes for their final game of the season where they’ll be crowned as French Champions.

Finally from Spain, Real Madrid sit in 2nd position but do have a game in hand this evening against Celta Vigo! Real Madrid, like Juventus, have the Champions League Final in sight for 3rd June but must focus on winning their remaining league games to certify their 2016/17 La Liga Champions status this week. Should they lose tonight, Barca will remain on top via goal difference and it’ll go down to the wire on the final day of the season, with Barca arguably facing the ‘easier’ task at home to Eibar. It’s far from over, that’s for sure, and you can watch it live at bet365.
