Birmingham v Cardiff – Away Win
(English Championship, 19:45 Kick Off)
Cardiff are unbeaten in their last four league games and have lost just once in their last eight as well. This is in stark contrast to Birmingham’s recent fortunes. They’ve won just once in their last eight in the Championship. They were also hammered 6-1 by Hull in their last match. I can’t be backing the home side here and I’m surprised that Cardiff are available at such a big price for this one.
Stuttgart v Koln – Home Win
(German Bundesliga, 19:30 Kick Off)
FC Koln already look in trouble of relegation after seven games in the Bundesliga because they’ve only picked up one point. Stuttgart’s form looks a little iffy, but it’s worth pointing out that they kept a clean sheet in their last three home games. I’m really surprised that they’re not shorter in the betting. I’m sure that Koln’s fortunes will change one day, but I don’t see it happening in this game.
Galway v St Patricks – Home Win
(Irish Premier League, 19:45 Kick Off)
Galway are unbeaten in four league games. In those four matches, they found the net nine times. St Patricks conceded the same amount of goals, but in their last two trips on the road in the league. I’m sure that they will still be reeling after those heavy defeats and Galway’s fine home form, combined with their ability to grab a goal or two should see them grab the three points here.
