Newcastle v Tottenham – A goal in each half, and 4+ corners in each half at 7/4
(English Premier League, 13:30 Kick Off)
Tottenham were the only ones left challenging for the league at the back end of last season. Newcastle face a tough task in hosting a Spurs side with Harry Kane leading the line. We tipped up this Request A Bet (with just a corner more) on Friday night and it came in with ease. I feel that this one definitely has goals in it as well, although it may not be a seven goal thriller. In terms of the corners, I’d be surprised if there weren’t four or more corners in each half and the betting does suggest that there will be.
Manchester United v West Ham – 5+ corners in each half at 6/4
(English Premier League, 19:45 Kick Off)
For this game we’re just sticking to the corners. West Ham’s most likely route to snatch a goal could be from a corner and so they will want to take advantage of as many of these as possible. Mourinho has no problem with getting balls into the box, so you’d expect United to want to take full advantage of their corners as well. I thought this Request A Bet looked long in price. This one will certainly keep the game interesting, no matter who it is you’re rooting for to take the three points here.
