14:30 Ascot – Alpha Centuri (BEST ODDS 9/4 with Sky Bet)
Alpha Centuri is definitely a worthy favourite in my eyes. After two wins at Naas he is unbeaten and won well in Listed company by five lengths last time out. He’s got a big chance.
15:05 Ascot – Permian (BEST ODDS 15/2 with Bet Victor)
This horse wasn’t all that far away in a big race last time out. This is a drop down in class and the quicker ground should be a big help.
15:40 Ascot – Caravaggio (BEST ODDS 10/11 with Ladbrokes)
Caravaggio is one of the bankers of the whole week and is unbeaten in five career starts. He’s won over course, distance and going and has Ryan Moore on board.
16:20 Ascot – Winter (BEST ODDS 8/15 with Betfair)
This is another top fancy that would have been in many accumulators coming into the week. After two wins in a row including a Group One success it’s easy to see why. The ground and the trip shouldn’t pose any problems.
17:00 Ascot – Time To Study (BEST ODDS 6/1 with Paddy Power)
Time To Study is a distance winner who has the reliable De Sousa on board today. After a going and course win last time out, it will no surprise to see him go off favourite.
17:35 Ascot – Wadigor (BEST ODDS 13/2 with Paddy Power)
This isn’t that big of a step up in class and after three wins from three, Wadigor is a big danger here. He also has the benefit of a top trainer and jockey in his corner.
